成昆线孙水河五河桥 Sunshuihe No.5 Bridge 孙水河五号桥位于四川省喜德县境内的成昆铁路线上,是中国铁路上首次采用悬臂浇筑法施工的预应力混凝土桥,全长164.19m,主跨为32.3+64.6+32.3(m)铰接悬臂梁,中跨跨中设唧筒式铸钢球座(φ360mm)剪力铰,边跨支承采用固定式支座承受竖向压力和制动力,另设10根φ6cm预应力钢锚件(#702特种钢)连接梁端和桥台,以承受负反力。桥台中首次在国内采用预应力混凝土岩锚,与基岩联结成整体,以减小工程量。主梁为变截面单室箱梁,预应力钢丝束采用24φ5锥形锚体系。悬浇段一般长3.23m,浇筑周期7~10 天。于1970年7月竣工。
成昆铁路预应力混凝土桥梁新技术组(铁道科学研究院、铁道部第二勘测设计院、铁道部专业设计院等组成)科研试验、设计,铁道部第二工程局施工。
